A More Perfect Union is having a special evening to raise money to support our work with women at risk. Join us for hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, a silent auction and other amazing surprises as we welcome our special guest, renowned local musician, Jon Christopher, performing a benefit concert!
A More Perfect Union has been helping women for more than two decades. Each day, volunteers set about the task of making a difference in the lives of women learning how to sustain themselves in supportive, healthy relationships as well as creating and fulfilling their life goals. Your support will help New York City women realize a brighter future.
Jon Christopher, is a tour-de-force of raw emotion, visceral lyrics and vibrant melodies. Taking inspiration from artists as diverse as Seal, Cat Stevens, Portishead and D'Angelo, Jon has created a jazzy blend of R&B, blues and rock. His second album, "Only Human", melts boundaries and transcends genre. It will be a marvelous evening of food, drinks and music. Please come and support us.
